This charity Hank’s Law Foundation was basically started with “good” intentions, but the initial works and efforts were done by volunteers. Including, we believe people being used as a smokescreen to hide the bad acts of its founder Jennifer Peacock. These included hiding the fact that her own daughter “Dakota” may have abused the Hank leading to his death, as witnesses have come forward to admit that she abused the puppy pretty harshly.

So imagine a situation where a non profit that was not a non-profit 501C3….is advertising to the public, collecting money and trying to attach to credible people to attract more attention and publicity. (including COPS) When asked for receipts and accountability Jennifer Peacock definitely had a strategy…that is…not do what is asked for by a concerned public and try to discredit her detractors…which include legitimate and serious business owners who are out services and cash and a tax donation status, while she…Peacock is having a hidden affair with a volunteer’s husband and hiding it from the volunteer…who she is totally using.
Peacock calls the police ( a…Kootenai County Deputy —-Whom She Knew Previously) and has one of the volunteers cited for Slander…(charges get dropped) and then enlists the help of Deborah Rabe-Waltz-Rose, to help her run some events and a gala. Deborah Rose (formerly Waltz) has a history of contentious behavior. She hails from Washington State…Thurston County where she had a prior arrest for a neighbor to neighbor conflict…in this conflict in one instance she locked herself in her bathroom and the police kicked the door down in order to arrest her because she was resisting the arrest. (Neighbor of Deborah Rabe Waltz Rose-reported long term difficult harassment)
Rose WAS ARRESTED AND WAS TAKEN TO JAIL…and later sued the police for harassment and injuries she claimed she suffered during the arrest. Rose (then Waltz) Supposedly…received a settlement and moved to North Idaho where she has been appointed to the Kootenai County Planning and Zoning Commission. She has had many conflicts with community members including accusing people (credible business owners and longterm Idaho residents) she disagrees with…”of poisoning her horses.” Although she is not originally from Idaho…or an elected official…she takes it upon herself to frequently “speak for the people of Idaho,”
She claims she is afraid of the police but has been involved with politics with law enforcement and politicians and is an avid horse woman in spite of “police brutality” related injuries.
Rose hooks up with Peacock and starts a lawsuit against one of the volunteers who became concerned about her personal safety when public attacks were leveled at her by Rose and this volunteer was contacted by people in the public eye confidentially who deal with Rose in a business setting and they revealed Rose carries a gun and appears at times to be somewhat unstable…
Rose sues this volunteer claiming Slander, Suing in Defense of her Character…(A public appointee, suing private citizens…joining in another lawsuit by Peacock for the same thing.) In the process another community volunteer gets a restraining order against Rose for her unstable behavior. It appears to us this is a case of Rose (and Peacock) suing people because of their standing in the community along with following and influence…what is hilarious everything the volunteers have said about these two is true.
(BOTH CASES GO TO MEDIATION…There is no trial or lawsuit in a court of law because both plaintiffs walk away but Rose falsely reports otherwise.)
Both cases go to mediation and with Rose..it is agreed that this volunteer will join a mutual apology letter and publish it for a 3 week period unsigned, in the CDA Press and share the expenses. What does Rose do? She breaches this contract against the Judge’s and Mediation orders and self-publishes a letter she drafts, signing the volunteer's name and actually publishing the contract…ALL IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE MEDIATION CONTRACT! She demands that the volunteer retract the statement that she has been previously arrested in spite of the fact this arrest is a factual statement. Moreover she gives copies of the contract to for spouses of police officers to publish on Facebook, again in violation of the mediation agreement. (this is called a BREACH of CONTRACT!)Her own lawyer steps down away from the case…and Rose reports to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission a different story. She ran her self published CDA press story two weeks longer than what the judge has ordered, curiously she is also on the CDA press advisory board, she has basically violated volunteers constitutional rights of free speech by claiming what was published was theirs when it was in fact “her words.” Rose appears to have a history of suing people and bullying people and sometimes things stick and sometimes they don’t…but here is the actual news story of her ARREST which she denied happened. In case you are wondering…sometimes people settle with people just to make a plaintiff GO AWAY…Yes it has been stated more than once that Rose seems “loony-tunes” and will continue to harass people. Is this personality really good for the County?

Jennifer Nick, Goins, Maguire Cook Peacock followed suit…and tucked and ran and agreed to shut down Hank’s Law Foundation in Mediation. The thing is there was not a real following for Hank’s Law when Peacock was in charge…because it seems people do not like these two women and the sphere of influence diminishes when people get exposure to them. Jennifer was hiding her relationship with the volunteer’s spouse. Her lover, and fellow adulterer John Balison called himself “Vince Vienna” in public meetings and claimed he was Dakota Goin’s much older husband. (Ironically Peacock admitted this relationship, and committing adultry to the Attorney General of Idaho in a letter detailing her infidelity with an apology for bad judgment.
“Vince Vienna” may have been thinking about his wiener when he got involved with Peacock and they did move into a home he purchased and rode around on her newly purchased motorcycle. Where did the money come from????
